I've done it again... I&J's Banana Toffee Cake

I sent another letter of praise today. I should send more of these, because I get excited about things a lot...

Dear good people at Simplot,

About a month ago, I plucked an anonymous-looking piece of cake from a proffered tray at the back of a school hall. I was mid-sentence when I took the first bite, but the second half of the sentence was lost forever. It was an almost religious experience. Before I had a chance to think about it, I found myself hunched over the tray, scoffing slice after slice of this delicious confection and snarling wild-eyed at any small child that looked like they wanted to steal a piece away from me.

Somewhat confused at my behaviour, the organiser of the event asked what the matter might be. "This cake," I told her, "is the most sinfully, outrageously scrummy item I've ever wrapped my choppers around. Now hands off, it's mine." Bemused, she returned to the kitchen and offered me the remining unchopped portion on the tray. I felt too guilty to accept, but noted with a silent glee the name of the cake: your very own I&J Banana and Toffee Tray Cake!

Now, to get to the point, my birthday is coming up, and I've finally found myself with the perfect excuse to indulge in its light, fluffy, creamy goodness again. Sadly, however, I've no clue on where I might find one to get my fork into. I located your email address through the marvels of the Internet and would be absolutely delighted if you could tell me where you sell these little nuggets of luxury so that I might rush out and grab one.
